In 2003, Anthony Caliendo, a true mogul, corporate visionary & architect, designed the blueprints that would structure an unprecedented conglomerate of mortgage and real estate services. Today, he is known throughout South Florida as “The Main Man!” The “main man” in the mortgage and real estate arena, that is, and the President & CEO of The Main Man Enterprises, LLC headquartered in Delray Beach, FL.

Caliendo’s stock is made up mostly of life’s early lessons, a lot of Italian ethnocentrism and “old-school” Wall Street attitude, with a natural passion for sales and marketing. At the ripe age of 18, he became the youngest manager to oversee the Chicago Health & Tennis Gyms and at 24, he left with the CEO to build the World Gyms with Arnold Schwartzenegger. In the 1990s, he became one of Chicago’s youngest and most financially successful stock brokers during the industry’s apex. He moved back to South Florida in 1993 where he continued to prosper. After achieving notable success in a number of business ventures before 2003, Caliendo decided it was time to build something remarkable with longevity and the wherewithal to pass on to his seven children.

Today, “The Main Man” is a household name. After only closing its first loan in 2003, his mortgage company has successfully closed over a quarter billion dollars in loan volume! He owes it all to his innovative & marketing tactics & savvy personality, which no other mortgage broker in South Florida has been able to duplicate. His TV commercials are all over the local networks, and he’s dominated the sports radio airwaves for the past 4 years as the official mortgage company to the Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins and Florida Marlins radio networks. Beyond South Florida, Caliendo broadened his audience to include Central Florida, Tampa and Atlanta. And as the mortgage operation became more & more profitable, Caliendo turned his personal Realtor referral network into a real estate corporation by purchasing a franchise of one of the most successful real estate companies on the West Coast of Florida. Only a financial forecaster such as Caliendo would have the vision to further capitalize within the market by offering consumers a streamlined way to achieve all of their mortgage & real estate goals. Caliendo’s companies are now able to do loans and transactions in all 50 states.

Caliendo went even further. In January of 2007, he founded The Employee Home Advantage Program (TEHAP, LLC), a company that creatively combines his experience in the Health Club business with his success in the mortgage & real estate business. Caliendo did some research and found that financial stress in the workplace is a silent epidemic thatís costing the business segment in the United States over $300 billion dollars every year. TEHAP’s goal is to become a corporation’s preferred source for mortgage & real estate services, designed with their employees’ financial “fitness” in mind. And, he’s all heart, a man with a very caring heart. Caliendo was nominated in 2007 for The Man of The Year for Men With Caring Hearts award for his philanthropy work with Kids In Distress. KID is South Florida’s premier organization dedicated to the treatment & care of abused & neglected children in the community. He has served on the Advisory Board for several years and has also sponsored a number of successful charity events, including a business networking event also founded by Caliendo called Connect4Kids. As one of the organization’s spokespersons and corporate sponsors, Caliendo has influenced at least one dozen individuals and couples in the community to become foster & adoptive parents to the children who reside in the organization’s shelters. He was also voted The Good Corporate Citizen of 2007 by fellow businesses within the community for his outstanding work with KID.
